Elevate ramen noodles with shrimp, mixed veggies for a gourmet twist on a quick dinner favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (3 ounce) package shrimp-flavored instant ramen noodles
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook shrimp and mixed vegetables in water, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender and the shrimp are heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • 1. Boil a small pot of water. 2. Cook ramen noodles until soft, about 2 to 3 minutes; then drain. 3. Add the noodles to the vegetable mixture. 4. Stir in the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. 5. Toss everything together to combine. 6. Cook and stir until heated through, about 1 minute.
