Mouthwatering Greek shrimp wraps with olives, feta cheese, and romaine lettuce - a delicious low-carb option.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 0.5 cup sliced cherry tomatoes, or to taste
  • 0.5 cucumber, halved and sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, separated into individual leaves
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Sauté bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, and Greek seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink on the outside and opaque inside, for about 3-4 minutes. Take the skillet off the heat and gently mix in cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and olives.
  • Present the shrimp mixture in crisp romaine leaves and generously sprinkle with flavorful feta cheese.
