Cheesy beef stuffed peppers - effortless and mouthwatering!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 pounds ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 6 red bell peppers
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain excess grease and add garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Cook until onions soften slightly, around 3 minutes. Gently fold in the cheese and set aside.
  • Prepare the peppers by removing the tops and seeds. Stuff each pepper with the seasoned ground beef, then add a splash of chicken broth. Arrange the peppers in a muffin tin and top each one with its lid.
  • Place in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
