Spicy paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic seasoned haddock for a fast and flavorful weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds haddock fillets
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients necessary for the recipe.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and generously spray with cooking spray.
  • Lay the haddock fillets on the lined baking sheet.
  • Combine onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fish, then add butter on top.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and savor every bite!
