Tender pork chops seasoned with zesty lemon pepper, baked in a savory blend of butter, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Prepare individual squares of tin foil to envelop each chop, ensuring complete coverage. Season both sides of every chop generously with invigorating lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the center of each piece of foil. Arrange the seasoned chops on top of the butter and oil. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each chop. Pour 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce over each chop. Seal the foil tightly around each chop and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 35 minutes.
