Spinach and Parmesan meatloaf with creamy sour cream and zesty Italian dressing, a crowd-pleasing delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1.5 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, spinach, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and soup mix in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for a total of 60 minutes, removing foil after 45 minutes. Ensure it's no longer pink in the center and reaches an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C) with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
