Sizzle up a quick and easy stir-fry brought to you by SunRice and taste.com.au.
Ingredients:
  • 500g beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 266.00 gm Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 37.50 gm sesame seeds, toasted
  • 250g snow peas
  • 4 green onions, cut into 5cm pieces
  • 38.70 gm black bean sauce
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together steak, chili, garlic, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Set aside.
  • Prepare Jasmine rice as directed on the package. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  • Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry snow peas for 1 minute, then add onion and stir-fry for an additional minute until lightly charred and vibrant green. Set aside.
  • In 3 batches, quickly sear the beef until just browned. Add vegetables and sauces, stir-fry until well coated and hot.
  • Enjoy with fragrant sesame-infused Jasmine rice.
