Whip up quick and delicious skillet baked beans in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons water or fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) pork and beans
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions:
  • Heat water in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until boiling, then stir in the onion. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onion is tender.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed.
