Quick and delicious beef steak stew made with just 5 ingredients in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean beef boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 bag (1 lb) frozen stew vegetables, thawed
  • 1 can (15 oz) chunky tomato sauce with garlic and herbs
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 2 cans (5 1/2 oz each) spicy eight-vegetable juice
Instructions:
  • Trim excess fat from the beef and dice into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Prepare a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat. Sauté the beef in the skillet for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and gently simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
