Skinny Black Bean-Avocado Wraps

Satisfying wrap filled with avocado, beans, and flavorful salsa, wrapped in Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for an authentic taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count), heated as directed on package
  • 4 teaspoons thick & chunky hot salsa
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Transfer the smooth avocado flesh to a small bowl. Stir in salt and lime juice until creamy.
  • Spread a generous amount of avocado mixture onto the center of each warmed tortilla. Layer with salsa, black beans, and fresh cilantro. Gently fold the bottom third of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the sides towards the center, leaving the top open. Enjoy immediately.
