Low-cal, low-sugar dessert with only 4 ingredients. Toast almonds with ladyfingers for a quick, sweet treat in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup cubed ladyfingers (2 ladyfingers or 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup frozen Cascadian Farm™ unsweetened pitted tart red or dark sweet cherries, thawed and drained
  • 1 (3.75 ounce) container sugar-free chocolate ready-to-eat pudding
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F. Arrange ladyfinger cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until golden. Let them cool before moving on.
  • Evenly distribute the ladyfinger cubes into two 6-ounce dishes. Garnish with cherries, pudding, and almonds. Serve promptly.
