Buffalo chicken dip made with fat-free ingredients for a healthier and tasty party staple.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 0.5 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup fat-free blue cheese salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in olive oil with garlic powder until cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Evenly slather cream cheese on the base of an oven-safe round pie dish, then layer with cooked chicken and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  • Combine the blue cheese dressing and Buffalo sauce, then drizzle the mixture over the cream cheese and chicken. Sprinkle with smoked Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then give it a good stir before serving.
