Healthy chocolate-dipped banana recipe with reduced saturated fat and increased fiber content. Rich in calcium for a delicious and nutritious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 (6 oz) container Yoplait® Light Very Vanilla yogurt or Yoplait® Original French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen*
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Blend together milk, yogurt, frozen banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla until creamy and frothy in a blender.
