Revamp your morning coffee with a lighter version in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla reduced-fat ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant chocolate milk mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sugar or sugar substitute, if desired
  • 6 tablespoons Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Additional instant chocolate milk mix, if desired
Instructions:
  • Put coffee and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high speed for 10 to 20 seconds until mixture becomes slushy.
  • Blend ice cream, milk, 2 tablespoons instant chocolate milk mix, and vanilla until well combined. Sweeten to taste with sugar or sugar substitute. Pour into 3 glasses, top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with instant chocolate milk mix. Serve immediately.
