Indulge in a guilt-free cold mocha with cold brew coffee concentrate, sugar-free hot cocoa mix, soy milk, and chocolate syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate - House Blend
  • 1 envelope sugar free instant cocoa mix
  • 0.25 cup hot water
  • 0.25 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 1 packet sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
Instructions:
  • Freeze cold brew concentrate in ice cube tray(s) until solid, 2 to 4 hours.
  • Stir the hot cocoa mix into hot water until fully dissolved.
  • Blend coffee cubes with cocoa mixture, soy milk, chocolate syrup, and sweetener in a blender until smooth, icy, and frothy for 1-2 minutes.
