Low-sugar, reduced-sodium turkey bites that are delicious and guilt-free.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces lean ground turkey
  • 3 ounces ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, lightly toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • Nonstick olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, excluding olive oil spray. Shape the mixture into six 3- to 4-inch diameter patties. Spray a 12-inch nonstick skillet with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Serve hot.
