Skinny Lemon Cream and Berry Dessert

Light and healthy dessert ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for individual servings or a stunning layered presentation. Heavenly and easy to make!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cartons (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Lemon Cream Pie yogurt or Yoplait® Original Lemon Burst yogurt
  • 1 package (4-serving size) instant sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 8 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
  • 1 8- to 9-inch purchased or prepared angel food cake, cubed
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt and one-fourth of the pudding mix in a bowl, whisk until smooth. Gradually incorporate the rest of the pudding mix, whisking after each addition. Gently fold in whipped topping in two parts. Serve lemon cream and berries on top of cubed cake, and garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
