Marinate Indian-style this morning for a flavorful and quick dinner tonight with less fat and sodium. Grill in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 8-ounce turkey tenderloins, halved lengthwise
  • 3/4 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt
Instructions:
  • Mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, flavorful curry powder, rich oil, aromatic cumin, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Rub the enticing spice mixture all over the turkey, ensuring it is evenly coated. For easy cleanup, wear disposable gloves. Place the seasoned turkey in a glass baking dish, cover it, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or ideally up to 24 hours for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Grill the turkey on medium coals for 12-15 minutes until no longer pink, turning once. Serve with yogurt.
