Try this energizing banana peanut butter coffee shake: boosts you up, low cal, protein-rich, vegan.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup soy milk
  • 0.25 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 0.5 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine soy milk, coffee, banana, peanut butter, coffee granules, vanilla, stevia powder, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
