Indulge in a delicious skinny vegan latte with a perfect blend of white chocolate and peanut butter flavors - guilt-free!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • 1 cup coffee
Instructions:
  • Drizzle the white chocolate syrup into a mug.
  • In a saucepan, gently heat almond milk, peanut butter powder, and sweetener until simmering. Take off the heat and blend with an immersion blender until frothy. Pour into a mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam, then add coffee and finish with the foam on top.
