Indulgent white chocolate and coconut blend in a low-calorie iced coffee for a guilt-free, refreshing treat on a hot day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free coconut-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 1 packet stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
Instructions:
  • Transfer freshly brewed coffee into ice cube tray(s) and freeze until solid, which usually takes 2 to 4 hours.
  • In a blender, blend coffee cubes, coconut milk, white chocolate syrup, coconut syrup, and your favorite sugar substitute until you get a frosty and frothy mixture.
