Create a vegan skinny caramel macchiato by frothing your milk and pouring over strong coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel flavoring syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)
  • 0.5 cup strong brewed coffee
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, heat almond milk, caramel syrup, and sweetener until hot. Froth the mixture and pour into a mug, using a spoon to hold back the froth.
  • Pour the rich, aromatic coffee over the creamy milk mixture and top it off with a luxurious layer of froth.
