Try this delicious mango, avocado, and chili salsa with cold roast turkey or chicken for a perfect pairing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 large avocado, halved, stone removed, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 fresh red birdseye chilli, halved lengthways, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 125.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped red onion
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 5kg (about 1/2) leg of ham, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine the mango, avocado, chili, coriander, onion, lime juice, and oil in a medium glass or ceramic bowl. Mix gently until everything is well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste before transferring to a serving dish.
  • Place the ham beautifully on a platter and enjoy promptly with the flavorful salsa.
