Elevate classic Caprese salad with gourmet sliced ham.
Ingredients:
  • 600g leg ham, sliced
  • 4 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 6 bocconcini, sliced
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 20.00 ml red wine vinegar
  • 125.00 ml small basil leaves
  • Italian-style bread (ciabatta), to serve
Instructions:
  • Assemble the ham, tomato, and bocconcini elegantly on a platter.
  • Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, whisking until fully blended. Pour the mixture over the salad, then sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy with Italian bread on the side, if desired.
