"Slow cooker balsamic chicken: effortless, irresistible family favorite."
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
Instructions:
  • - Begin by elegantly drizzling olive oil in the slow cooker. - Lay chicken breasts on top of the oil and delicately season each breast with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. - Gracefully layer onion slices, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme over the chicken breasts. - Gently drizzle balsamic vinegar over the seasoned breasts and carefully pour tomatoes on top.
  • Slow cook on High until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear, approximately 4 hours.
