Slow Cooker Parmesan-Garlic Quick Bread

Savory slow cooker cheesy bread with Parmesan and Cheddar: easy, delicious side dish in 1 hour.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1.5 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick®)
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Coat the inside of a slow cooker generously with cooking spray. Reserve 1 tablespoon each of Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.
  • In a bowl, mix together baking mix, milk, Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses, egg whites, minced onion, and garlic salt until fully combined. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and Cheddar on top.
  • Bake on High until bread is fully cooked, approximately 1 hour.
