Overnight slow cooker peach-infused creamy steel-cut oats. Easiest breakfast ever!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
Instructions:
  • In an oven-safe bowl, combine water, oats, milk, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Place the bowl at the bottom of the slow cooker, ensuring the water level matches that in the oatmeal bowl. Cover the slow cooker.
  • Slow cook until oats are tender, approximately 6 to 8 hours.
  • Add the peaches and their juices to the pot, cover, and let it simmer on Low for about 30 minutes until warmed through. Serve.
