Effortlessly make a delicious peach cobbler in a slow cooker using fresh or frozen peaches for a rich and flavorful dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice cream or whipped cream
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 6-quart slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. In a large bowl, delicately combine peaches and 1/4 cup of sugar. Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, delicately whisk together Bisquick mix, sugar, and milk until smooth. Pour this luscious mixture over the peaches in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours, or until the cobbler is set in the center.
  • Top the warm cobbler with a generous scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.
