Sweet and tangy slow cooker pineapple chicken thighs with ketchup, brown sugar, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed
  • 4 chicken thighs, trimmed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 0.75 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Place flour in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken thighs in the flour, tapping to remove any excess.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the base of your slow cooker, then layer on the pineapple chunks.
  • Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and garlic in a small bowl, then pour the mixture over the chicken and pineapple in the slow cooker.
  • Slow cook for 4 hours on Low heat.
