Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds bone-in chicken breast halves with skin
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
Instructions:
  • 1. Arrange chicken breasts in the base of a slow cooker. 2. Cover the chicken with pineapple chunks and their juice. 3. Drizzle with honey and soy sauce, then sprinkle with brown sugar and ginger. 4. Cook on High for 1 hour. 5. Reduce heat to Low and continue cooking for an additional 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
