Make tender spaghetti squash effortlessly in the slow cooker for a healthy pasta substitute.
Ingredients:
  • 1 whole spaghetti squash, washed thoroughly
  • 1.5 cups water
Instructions:
  • Using a sharp tool, make small incisions on the outside of the squash 10 to 15 times. Transfer the squash to the slow cooker crock and add water.
  • Slow cook for 4 to 6 hours. Allow the squash to cool on a cutting board for 15 to 30 minutes before handling.
  • Cut the squash in half lengthwise, remove and discard the seeds, and use a fork to shred the flesh into strands.
