Effortlessly make sweet and spicy stew beef chili in a slow cooker for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds cubed beef stew meat
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
Instructions:
  • Add beef, kidney beans, corn, water, Cheddar cheese, chocolate, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme to the slow cooker.
  • Slow cook until the meat is tender and fully cooked, approximately 6 to 8 hours, adjusting seasoning to taste.
