Slow cooker stuffed bell peppers: Ground beef, rice, and tomatoes combine for a simple and tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 green bell peppers, tops and seeds removed (reserve tops)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
Instructions:
  • Brown and crumble beef in a hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain grease before moving on.
  • Combine ground beef, tomatoes, rice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Fill each vibrant green bell pepper with a deliciously seasoned ground beef mixture.
  • Place the stuffed bell peppers in the slow cooker and top each one with their reserved tops. Pour water around the base of the peppers.
  • Slow cook for 6 to 8 hours on Low heat.
