Slow-Cooker Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake

Indulgent slow cooker chocolate pudding cake made with Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ triple chocolate fudge cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting
  • Vanilla ice cream, as desired
Instructions:
  • Coat a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with baking spray that includes flour.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cake mix, water, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and pudding mix until smooth. Transfer the batter to the slow cooker.
  • Gently swirl frosting into batter in slow cooker using a spoon to create ribbons of frosting throughout.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on High heat setting for 2 to 3 hours until the cake is set in the center. Serve by spooning the hot cake from the slow cooker and topping it with scoops of ice cream.
