Effortlessly cook a flavorful herbed turkey breast in the slow cooker for a tender and delicious main course that serves 8. Perfect for a smaller Thanksgiving or any time you want a classic turkey dinner with easy prep and leftovers for the next day.
Ingredients:
  • 4- to 5-pound bone-in turkey breast, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
Instructions:
  • Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Put the turkey in the cooker and brush it with honey mustard. Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, basil, garlic pepper, and salt. Pour the broth around the turkey.
  • Slow-cook on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours, covered.
