Italian-inspired appetizer: 5 ingredients, 15 minutes prep, slow cooker magic all day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds frozen meatballs (from two 1-pound packages), thawed
  • 1 jar (7.25 ounces) roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
Instructions:
  • Add the meatballs to the slow cooker. Blend bell peppers in a blender until smooth. Mix in cheese and Italian dressing until combined. Pulse in the marinara sauce until just blended. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • Simmer gently for 6 to 7 hours with the lid on.
  • Before serving, gently stir the meatballs. They can be kept warm on the Low heat setting for up to 2 hours, remember to stir occasionally.
