Create a tantalizing, cheesy South-of-the-Border slow cooker dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz mild Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, cut into cubes (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mild taco sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili without beans
  • 3 lb cocktail-size hot dogs or smoked link sausages
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Place cheese, taco sauce, chili, and hot dogs in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Cover and simmer on Low heat for 5 to 6 hours, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy hot dogs with tortilla chips on the side, if desired.
