Elevate your taco game with Caribbean-style pulled pork tacos. Fill taco shells with tender pork, sweet pineapple, and zesty lime. Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa for a mouthwatering feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ Crunchy Taco Shells (12 Count)
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
Instructions:
  • Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Add the pork to the slow cooker and generously sprinkle it with taco seasoning mix. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours until the pork is tender enough to pull apart easily with a fork.
  • Shred the pork and mix it back into the flavorful liquid in the slow cooker along with the pineapple and lime juice.
  • Fill each taco shell with a generous 1/4 cup of the pork mixture, then top with the remaining ingredients for a delicious presentation.
