Ingredients:
  • 4 (8 ounce) bone-in pork loin chops
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle pork chops in oil until beautifully browned in about 3 minutes. Then, nestle the seared chops into a waiting slow cooker.
  • Mix together the tropical sweetness of pineapple juice with savory teriyaki sauce, aromatic rosemary, flavorful garlic powder, and a hint of salt and pepper in a bowl. Drizzle this delicious blend over the succulent pork chops.
  • Cook covered on Low for 4 to 5 hours until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
