Elevate your Italian dinner with cheesy ravioli featuring a savory blend of pork sausage, ground beef, and pepperoni - a delicious slow-cooked delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef round
  • 2 medium onions, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 2 jars (1 lb 8 oz each) tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese-filled ravioli (do not thaw)
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend (12 oz)
  • 1 package (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • Fresh basil sprigs, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 5- to 6-quart slow cooker by spraying the bottom and lining the sides with foil, then spraying the foil with cooking spray.
  • Cook the sausage in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, while breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink. Drain the sausage and transfer it to a large bowl. In the same skillet, cook the beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is tender. Drain the beef mixture and add it along with 1 jar of pasta sauce to the bowl with the sausage. Mix everything together well.
  • Spread a generous layer of pasta sauce in the slow cooker. Top it with a layer of ravioli and meat mixture. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese and half of the pepperoni. Repeat the layers for ultimate deliciousness.
  • Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Just before serving, scatter olives on top for a burst of flavor. Garnish with fresh basil to add a pop of color and aroma.
