Slow cooker baked beans, bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup regular or nonalcoholic dark beer
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (19 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans, drained
Instructions:
  • Cook bacon and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crispy. Drain the excess grease.
  • Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it with cooking spray. Add the bacon mixture and remaining ingredients to the cooker and mix thoroughly.
  • Gently cover and simmer on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.
