Tangy olives complement creamy cheese dip. Quick to assemble, then heat in slow cooker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (8 oz) sharp Cheddar cold-pack cheese food
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup salad sliced Spanish olives
  • 1 loaf (10 oz) French baguette bread, cut into 40 slices
Instructions:
  • Place the cold-pack cheese food, cream cheese, and milk in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth. Finally, stir in all the remaining ingredients except the bread.
  • Keep dip warm by spooning it into a 1- to 2-quart slow cooker without covering it. Serve with bread. The dip can be kept warm on the Low heat setting for up to 2 hours.
