Slow-Cooker White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Transform stale French bread and decadent white chocolate into a luscious bread pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups French bread cubes
  • 1 package (6 oz) white chocolate baking bar, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup fat-free egg product
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 3- to 4-quart slow cooker by applying cooking spray inside. Add the bread cubes to the slow cooker and sprinkle with baking bar.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then pour the mixture over the bread cubes and baking bar.
  • Gently cover and simmer over low heat for 3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve while still warm.
