Whip up a nutritious pasta dish with minimal ingredients for a low glycemic index treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle
  • 2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout (Springs brand), roughly flaked
  • 40g baby rocket leaves
  • 40.00 ml fresh dill tips
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta in a saucepan of bubbling water according to the package instructions until it is firm to the bite (al dente). Drain and put it back into the pan.
  • Combine the trout, rocket, dill, lemon juice, and oil with the pasta, gently tossing until mixed. Season with pepper, then divide into bowls and serve promptly.
