Smoked salmon, horseradish and cress toasts

Try these elegant smoked salmon bites - a delicious party appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • ½ teaspoon creamed horseradish
  • ½ small tub crème fraîche
  • 1 small pinch sea salt
  • 1 small pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 loaf ciabatta
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 g smoked salmon from sustainable sources, ask your fishmonger
  • ½ punnet cress
Instructions:
  • Mix ½ teaspoon of creamed horseradish with ½ small tub of crème fraîche. Season with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning to taste. Cut ciabatta into 1cm slices, toast, and drizzle with olive oil. Top with smoked salmon, a dollop of horseradish crème fraîche, cress, and a final drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy!
