Ingredients:
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch trimmed asparagus
  • 200g slice camembert
  • Baby rocket leaves, to serve
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lay down a luxurious base of 200g of delectable smoked salmon in a generously greased 17 x 25cm (base) x 4cm deep ovenproof dish. Artfully arrange diagonally sliced 1 bunch of trimmed asparagus on top. Finish with a decadent layer of 200g of sumptuous sliced camembert.
  • Combine 8 eggs, 1/2 cup cream, salt, and freshly ground pepper, then pour the mixture over the camembert. Bake until puffed and golden, about 30-35 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy with fresh arugula leaves and crispy bread.
