Smoked salmon caprese pizza recipe

Make gourmet pizza at home with delicious Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 250.00 ml basil leaves
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 6 bocconcini, thinly sliced
  • 200g Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 150g pkt Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • Basil leaves, extra, to serve
  • Lemon zest, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 240°C while lining 2 baking trays with baking paper. Then, place the pizza bases on the prepared trays.
  • Combine fresh basil leaves, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, and lemon zest in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Evenly distribute the basil mixture on the pizza bases. Add bocconcini, tomato, and onion on top. Lightly spray with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the bases are crisp. Arrange salmon on pizzas, and sprinkle with extra basil and lemon zest. Season to taste.
