Indulge in a heavenly blend of smoked salmon, dill, and fennel in a refreshing pasta salad.
Ingredients:
  • 300g dried farfalle pasta
  • 58.75 gm sour cream
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh dill tips
  • 200g sliced smoked salmon, chopped
  • 200g fennel
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a bowl, mix together sour cream, 2 teaspoons of lemon rind, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and dill. Add pasta, salmon, fennel, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, then gently toss to combine. Serve.
