Smoked salmon platter with crisp bread

Elevate your party with a dazzling Smoked Salmon Platter.
Ingredients:
  • 3 slices flat bread or Turkish bread
  • olive oil spray
  • Coles Brand ground paprika, to sprinkle
  • 400g\tsmoked salmon slices
  • 1/2 red onion, very finely sliced
  • 40.00 ml baby capers
  • 40.00 ml dill sprigs
  • lemon wedges, to serve
  • 81.68 gm whole egg mayonnaise
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • salt and white pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan). Lightly coat flatbread with oil, sprinkle with paprika, and bake on oven rack for 5-7 minutes until crisp. Let cool, then break into pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well using a fork, then season to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • For serving, elegantly lay out salmon slices on a platter. Top them with onion, capers, and dill. Serve the dressing in a bowl on the side along with crusty bread.
