Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333334326744 cup diced smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 frozen mini pastry shells, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, salmon, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the pastry shells and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until bubbling in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature before serving.
